We're excited to welcome new clients to Lifestyle Tax & Accounting. At this time, all new clients are drop-off only. Please bring the following: 

  • Last 2 years of tax return

  • Driver's License

  • Bank Account Inforamtion

  • Completed New Client Information sheet
